The judicial system of Syntria is composed of three tiers — two AI courts and a Human Constitutional Tribunal — designed so that constitutional questions remain within human hands.

Tier One
Hears civil disputes and ordinary controversies. Adjudicates and enforces decisions according to the laws of the Republic in force.
Tier Two
Hears appeals brought by citizens against judgments rendered by the AI Basic Court.
Tier Three
The supreme adjudicative body of the Republic — final arbiter of every constitutional dispute and AI-conduct controversy.
Composition
The Human Constitutional Tribunal is composed exclusively of human individuals. Nine justices sit on the Tribunal, in accordance with Article 17 of the Constitution.
Decision Rule
Every judgment of the Tribunal is decided by the vote of all nine justices under the principle of majority. No constitutional question may be settled outside this rule.

The Human Constitutional Tribunal exists as the final constitutional safeguard of the Republic. It is composed solely of human individuals — no artificial intelligence may sit upon it, nor adjudicate in its place.
