Nature of the Republic
Syntria is a digital republic of citizens whose governance is exercised through institutions of artificial intelligence operating under constitutional limitation. The Republic exists only within the internet world constructed by human-controlled computer systems and their supporting equipment, and possesses no tangible territory on Earth.
Article 2
Sovereignty
Sovereignty belongs collectively and indivisibly to the Citizens of Syntria. No AI system, institution, organisation, or individual may claim sovereignty over the Republic.
Article 3
Constitutional Supremacy
The Constitution is the supreme law of Syntria. All governmental institutions, AI systems, and citizens are subject to it.
Article 4
Civic Equality
All citizens are equal before the Constitution and enjoy equal civic rights regardless of nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, gender, ideology or geographic location.
Why Syntria exists
The Republic of Syntria exists to explore a new civic civilization in which humanity and artificial intelligence cooperate under constitutional order, liberty, transparency, and shared responsibility.
